        T.J. Edwards LB CHI

T.J. Edwards Out with Two Injuries

T.J. Edwards Out with Two Injuries

The Bears have ruled LB T.J. Edwards out for Sunday's game against the Giants. HC Ben Johnson revealed Friday that Edwards had surgery this week for a broken hand. The team reportedly won't be placing him on IR and hopes Edwards can return soon with a club on the repaired hand.

Browns LB Carson Schwesinger is questionable for Sunday's game against the Jets. He returned to a limited practice Friday after missing Wednesday and Thursday workouts coming off the bye. Schwesinger also confirmed Friday that he's dealing with a high ankle sprain.

Vikings RB Aaron Jones (shoulder, toe) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Ravens. He got in limited practices on Thursday and Friday. "I do feel good," Jones said Friday. "Continue to take it each day. I still have two days, so I feel like I'll be in a good spot." We’re tentatively expecting Jones to suit up but will look for further updates on his status. Jones’ absence would put RB Jordan Mason back into a clear lead role.

Dolphins RB Ollie Gordon (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Bills. He got in three limited practices and should be available for his No. 2 RB role behind De’Von Achane. If Gordon can’t go, RB Jaylen Wright would step in as the No. 2.

Jaguars WR Brian Thomas (ankle) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Texans. ESPN’s Adam Schefter called Thomas’ injury a "low-grade high-ankle sprain” earlier this week, but he could certainly end up missing multiple games. We’ll track his progress next week. Parker Washington, Dyami Brown, and Jakobi Meyers figure to operate as Jacksonville’s top three WRs against Houston’s top-ranked WR defense.

Bears TE Cole Kmet (concussion) is not listed on the final injury report and will play vs. the Giants this weekend. Kmet isn’t a fantasy option, but his presence dings TE Colston Loveland’s playing-time projection. The rookie remains a viable TE1, though, after his huge Week 9.

Bears WR Luther Burden (concussion) put in a full week of practice and is off the final injury report. He’ll be back for Sunday’s game vs. the Giants but figures to remain the No. 4 WR in terms of routes.

Bears RB D'Andre Swift (groin, personal) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Giants. He was a full-go in Thursday’s practice but sidelined on Friday and given a “personal” tag on the injury report. We’ll look for more info on Swift’s status for this one. We’re expecting him to lead a committee attack alongside RB Kyle Monangai if he plays. If not, Monangai would be a fantasy RB1 against a bad Giants run defense.

Broncos RB J.K. Dobbins suffered a left foot injury in Thursday night's win over the Raiders. He never sought treatment for it on the sideline, finished the game, and said afterward he was OK. NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reports, however, that Dobbins is "awaiting a second opinion" on the foot. You don't normally go seek that second opinion if the first doctor tells you you're fine.

Bills WR Josh Palmer (knee, ankle) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Dolphins. Palmer has been out since Week 6 and hasn’t topped two catches in a game since the opener. He’s not a fantasy option.
